Dromgoole’s Fine Writing Instruments is a 4th generation family business. Co-founded by Louis and Gene Dromgoole in 1961, they were known for being one of the largest typewriter and calculator dealers in Texas, with five locations. In 1987 Larry (grandson to Louis and son of Gene) purchased the Rice Village location from his dad and has been evolving the business since.
